At Solar Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your scooter isn't the perfect fit, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, tools, manuals, and protective padding to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Solar
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
